AdMonitorHQ
Advertising operations console

One console for every advertising account our team runs.

AdMonitorHQ is a private back-office application used by our own team. The campaigns and the budget behind them are ours; each account is connected by the team member who holds it. The console gives us one place to watch spend, review campaign performance and pause or remove what is not working — instead of opening a separate ads manager for every account.

What it does Contact us

What the application does

AdMonitorHQ is not a public service and is not offered for sale. Access to the console is limited to authorized members of our team, and an advertising account appears in it only after the team member who holds it has authorized the connection in TikTok Ads Manager.

Campaign overview

Read the campaign, ad group and ad structure of the connected advertising accounts into one list, so the whole account set is visible on a single screen.

Spend monitoring

Track daily and lifetime spend against the budget we set for each account, and flag the accounts that are running ahead of plan.

Consolidated reporting

Pull impressions, clicks, conversions and cost metrics for the connected campaigns into one daily report instead of exporting each account by hand.

Status and lifecycle changes

Pause, resume or delete campaigns, ad groups and ads in the connected accounts when the performance thresholds we set are crossed or a test is finished.

Deleting a campaign, ad group or ad removes that object inside a connected advertising account, and it cannot be undone on the platform. It is a separate thing from erasing the data this application stores, which is described on the Data Deletion page.

TikTok Marketing API integration

AdMonitorHQ uses the TikTok Marketing API to work with the advertising accounts through which our team runs our advertising. Each account is held by a member of the team, who authorizes the application in TikTok Ads Manager for that account only and can withdraw the authorization there at any time. No account is added by moving or sharing assets into a Business Center of ours. We request the narrowest set of permissions that the features above require, and nothing beyond it.

Permission we request Feature it serves Access
Advertising account information Identify which connected account a session belongs to, read currency and time zone Read
Campaign, ad group and ad management Show the campaign structure, and pause, resume or delete campaigns, ad groups and ads in the connected accounts Read, write and delete
Reporting Build the consolidated spend and performance report Read
We do not request permissions for audiences, creatives, catalogs, pixels, lead forms or comments, because the application has no feature that would use them.

How it works

There is no public sign-up. We send the team member who holds an advertising account a one-time authorization link, and the flow below is carried out once for that account.

Step What happens
1. Authorize The team member who holds the account approves the application in TikTok Ads Manager and is returned to /callback on this domain
2. Store The resulting access token is encrypted and stored server-side; it is never shown in the interface or written to logs
3. Sync Once a day the console reads the campaign structure and the performance report for that account
4. Act A team member reviews the report and pauses, resumes or deletes campaigns, ad groups and ads in the connected accounts
5. Disconnect Revoking access in TikTok Ads Manager stops the token immediately; stored data is erased as described in Data Deletion

How TikTok data is used

Data obtained through the TikTok Marketing API is used to operate the advertising accounts through which our team runs our advertising, and for nothing else.

Data we access Why we need it How long we keep it
Advertiser account ID, name, currency, time zone Identify which connected account a record belongs to and report in the right currency Until the account is disconnected
Campaign, ad group and ad names, IDs, status and budgets Display the account structure, change the status of its campaigns, ad groups and ads, and remove the ones that are no longer run Rolling 24 months, then deleted
Spend, impressions, clicks and conversion counts Build the consolidated performance report Rolling 24 months, then deleted
Access and refresh tokens Keep the authorized session alive between daily syncs Encrypted; erased on disconnect
We do not sell TikTok data, do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers, do not use it to build profiles of individuals, do not use it to train machine learning models, and do not access any account that has not been connected to the console by the team member who holds it. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Security

Encrypted credentials

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never written to logs or exposed in the interface.

Least privilege

Only the three permissions listed above are requested. Unused permissions are not requested.

Restricted access

The console is available to named team members only, over authenticated sessions.

Revocable at any time

Revoking the authorization in TikTok Ads Manager invalidates the token and triggers removal of the stored data. See data deletion.

Support and contact

Questions about the application, this website, privacy or data deletion requests are handled by the same address. We acknowledge every message within 5 business days; privacy and deletion requests are then completed within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page.
